Greeted by the guy at the gates when trying to drop off late at night and asked to give it to the guy on the conveyor belt. It was already labelled up etc. It worked, all good, do simple

Terrible delivery service always from UPS firstly at Christmas said attempted to deliver 3 x times my parcelno card left & nothing on cctv??? so in the end I had to drive 36 miles to collect as needed item for Christmas gift!! Now the same experience! I Have email saying attempted delivery 2 times - NO CARD & nothing on CCTV and again I was home all day!!!!! I need this item urgently for husbands birthday next week! Absolute shambles again! Lying about attempting delivery??!!! Why?? So upsetting that they let their drivers do this??!!! NO CARD EVER LEFT NO DELIVERY ATTEMPTED NO CCTV EVIDENCE!!
