Being unable to contact my usual locksmith, I contacted John as I had a tenant having problems with her lock. It proved hard to pin the tenant down, as she was busy. However John took control of the matter and finally made contact. He had the job done within 2 hours of this contact. Very communicative and professional, I will be using John again from now on for any lock issues..
