        I don't understand how they calculate a council tax so confusing every month my council tax change. I phoned already many times why every month changed the lady said because it depends my wage every month so meaning my payments is automatically updated so why i still bloody owe you. My wage was 348 and they took 86 no mercy. I phoned again so why i still owe money all the time
