They go through the application so fast, i didnt realise the APR was 149%!! It's not worth the amount you have to pay back. This company are robbing people. Avoid at all cost!

I took a loan out in desperate times to consolidate some debts. An amount was given. Come to realise interest is extortionate paying back nearly double what I leant. They are quick to contact you when they are owed money but not when you are wanting to settle early. Over 1hr on the phone trying to get through in an evening. No where to pay online, no account number for your loan or bank account details to pay back funds. Please don't use these and look elsewhere first.

Do not use this company. If you are struggling financially there are so many more positive, helpful, less damaging lenders to go to. I was accepted for a loan in October last year at the age of 22. I was up to my eyeballs with credit card and pay day loans so in my honest opinion, it was irresponsible for them to lend to me. But like I said I was in a lot of debt so I wanted to take this loan out in order to help my situation. In December I was still in a financial mess, and missed a payment. They hounded my 3 contact details every 5 minutes ringing them which was embarrassing for me and for my friends. When I rang and said I cant afford to make a payment that month the woman (manager maybe called Rachel???) kept going you need to come into the site IMMEDIATELY SO WE CAN LOOK THROUGH YOUR BANK TRANSACTIONS AS I DID YOU A MASSIVE FAVOUR BY APPROVING YOU FOR THIS LOAN!!!!!!! Customer service were so useless and luckily for me I had a good support network of family and friends around me to lend me the money to pay my loan off in full. But Jesus dont you get made to feel bad for settling the loan early. But do prepare yourself for the hours youll spend waiting to get through to customer service to pay your loan in full as they obviously dont want you to. Cant believe this company actually have staff that are willing to exploit vulnerable people with financial issues to make almost triple the amount they lend. In December I thought there was no way out of this, and less than a year later from taking this loan out I am now debt free. There is always another option but AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Applied for a loan to consolidate some credit cards and improve my cash flow, the process was relatively simple but when I attended in person I was asked for loads of documents such as proof of address, bank statements, payslips etc. that could have been requested beforehand which lead to a delay in getting the loan approved. Also the loan form asks for 3 "optional" contacts, but I was told it was mandatory to provide that information, quite misleading. In the end the loan they offered ended up being unaffordable and they themselves even said they had concerns about affordability when offering the loan. I had to reduce my monthly payments which has increased my outstanding balance due to interest charges. So the debt consolidation loan actually increased my debts, quite irresponsible lending and I am now in the process of making an official complaint.
