I recently had to order a specialist bulb holder and wire for a kitchen downlighting that was not readily available anywhere else except through an authorised Bruck Lighting agent, which James Kok (Lighting) is. I live over 400 miles away on the south coast from where his business is located, so all communication had to be done by phone and email. James could not have been more helpful and his communication was absolutely excellent throughout the ordering process and sourcing the parts from Germany. Thank you James, fantastic service and clearly a great company who I would highly recommend to anyone. Top quality service and very professional throughout.
