Bought my first house through them and couldn't praise them enough. I was assigned Zainab who was really supportive and informative throughout the whole process. The app was a great feature to allow me to see a snapshot of where we were at. Thank you to all at Napthens for making it a great experience.

Fantastic solicitors. Ive used Napthens many times now and theyve always gone above and beyond and never missed a trick. Pam has helped me time and time again, this most recent time battling through a very long and drawn out process dealing with any number of curveballs thrown our way. Would recommend.

2 stars initially but read on. Poor comms in Trust management. Delay in replies and sometimes no replies at all! Given the health deterioration of the person who's Trust it is, time is precious. Vague invoices with little detail don't help either. Edit: It's possible that someone at Napthens looks at these reviews and perhaps has a word because there has been a very noticeable difference in our current experience and quite happy to say that things have turned around enough for 2 stars to become 3. Time will tell in the conclusion of our dealings but very hopeful that the poor comms of the past are exactly that; in the past. Many thanks to Napthens for taking notice of these reviews and proactively changing gear!

Update! Friday 13th January The buyer last week spoke to a senior partner and raised a complaint, this prompted the acting solicitor to actually do some work on this case, his excuse was he had a heavy work load and this is why it had taken so long to get round to looking at the case. Going back to the start when the buyer spoke with Napthens the buyer asked if they could complete before Christmas the buyer was led to believe that they could, and yea we are now the 13th of January and we still have not yet completed!! Napthens raised several questions last Friday which were all answered by the Monday 9th January. Napthens then told the buyer on Wednesday that he had some questions regarding the lease and would get them over to the our solicitor we havent heard anything up to yesterday, we feel its just another stalling tactic and we are trying to be pacified. I am now going to do daily updates until we have completed. We are at the moment selling a property, and trying to contact the solicitor who is dealing with this has been impossible to get in contact with he doesnt reply to any emails or phone calls, his assistant also doesnt seem to know anything of what is going on with this case and just keeps saying I will pass your message on. The sellers Solicitor has also tried on several occasions to make contact without any success, we all feel this is unacceptable and very poor service, thank you for your reply unfortunately I cant contact you as I am the seller. Update we still havent heard anything back from the solicitor dealing with this.
