I would like to leave a scathing 0* review for the utterly incompetent Baker Hardmans Solicitors firm. I engaged their services to handle my car accident claim, and what a mistake that was! Despite the third party taking immediate liability, the service I received from this firm was simply heinous. I chose them based on a friends recommendation, and boy do I regret it now. The communication was so appallingly bad that I had to constantly chase my supposedly experienced solicitor for updates. To make things worse, I have STILL not received my compensation. When I demanded to speak to the manager to escalate my concerns, the shameful excuse of a human being actually laughed at me over the phone. It seems that the entire company is run by a bunch of jokers who lack even basic professionalism. I was finally offered an apology when I threatened to write this 0* review, but it was far too little, far too late. As for my utterly unhelpful solicitor, Christine Chiu, she was completely oblivious to my concerns about the shoddy level of customer service. '' I cannot stress enough how strongly I would advise anyone against using this firm. Their utter lack of care and respect for clients is disgusting. I have completely lost faith in ever receiving the compensation I am owed. It is crystal clear that this firm is completely incompetent and does not deserve anyone's patronage. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration - look elsewhere for a reliable solicitor.

AVOID these ambulance chasers. They steal your personal details and refuse to delete them. They pretend to be affiliated with your insurer but they are not in any way. It can't be legal what they are doing.

I became their client on march 2022, on September I had an email from them, stating the case is still under review and since then , they did not contact me anymore, I recently found out they closed my case as they think my case is not strong enough. poor communication, Everytime I phoned them to get a copy of file, their workers are not helping me at all, I do not know what to do with this suitaion , I became injured as a result of my accident , was not able to go to work and they treat me like this ? Are you guys there to support your client or only care about your pocket.
