Hidden fees 3% flat rate, meaning 3% is the least they'll charge. They will add on extra charges, a grand here, a grand there. If you express concern over this, they'll take that as you saying you don't want them to take action on the matter and they will leave you with mounds of legal paperwork to complete with no information or guidance to go off. Essentially, that 3% is to pay bills in the event of somebody passing. I saw little to no progress and had to chase them up on a regular basis. Would not recommend. It was like trying to get blood from a stone
