        Never use this firm. Patrick who dealt with my case is very incompetent, dont know how he become a solicitor. Every letter and email had spelling mistakes in it, no one knew anything about the case when I spoke to them. He cost me a lot of money doing my conveyancing on a property I wanted to purchase, I lost the property and lost a lot of money in fees, surveyors & searches.
