Terrible service. Got our selling price wrong, sent us details of someone elses sale, and really did not seem to care how long they took to process things. It is almost impossible to speak to the actual solicitor. Staff are pleasant enough, but ill equipped to answer any questions. Wont use again, and definitely do not recommend.

I used mays solicitors to sell our flat. It should have been a quick process as our buyer was a no chain cash buyer. However mays failed to chase up management packs that we had already paid for, they never corresponded with us and where very rude whenever I called. One last in particular has zero customer service skills, she was always rude on the phone and stopped answering my calls! I was advised it would take 6 weeks to complete, 4 months later and its finally done. Painful and expensive experience, I will never use them again, I would advise to steer clear of this company

Bought our first house with May Solicitors. Came back 4 years later to review some documents from the purchase, Sharon couldn't of been more helpful. Very effiencent service don't leave you waiting long for a response. Thanks
