My initial contact was great, however we had a slight hiccup which made me unsure about my choice. HOWEVER the Company Director contacted me and we got straight back on track and for that I am very appreciative. Since then I can only say that the level of service, contact and support has been second to non. Highly recommend! Gurp from start to beginning was excellent from taking the initial call & keeping me updated throughout my case! He answered all my questions and walked me through everything as it was the first time Ive ever had to put through a personal injury claim but he was more than happy to help me and give me advice. I spoke to other solicitors and it was clear that they didnt really care but Gurp took the time out to answer my questions and really added the personal touch to the whole experience.
