Vincents Solicitors were fantastic in helping me sell and buy my house. Jemma, Felicity and Sally made the whole process so much simpler than I could have hoped for. I was selling a leasehold apartment which in itself causes lots of issues as this involves all the usual selling hurdles and managing contact with the property management company. My property management company were not the easiest to liaise with. There were time critical points that needed to be addressed and again the team were always contactable and kept me updated. When the final completion and exchange dates were nearing, they were fantastic at reassuring me and I certainly trusted and valued their expertise. This is daily business for them and it shows. I am very grateful to all three ladies and I would certainly recommend using them again in the future. Many thanks to Felicity, Jemma and Sally.

100% would recommend these to anyone selling their house! Kerry kept me up to date the whole way through the sale of my house, couldn't have made it any easier! Money was in my bank within in a hour of completing, Thank you again!

AVOID. Use Napthens instead!! Simply avoid Vincents conveyancing team. Have had a horrible experience with a 2022 house purchase opposed to a friend who has had a great experience with Napthens. - Really poor service - Unsatisfactory level of communication (always had to chase) - Poor competence, knowledge and diligence done - No guidance on how to complete forms - Help to Buy ISA nearly missed by conveyancer until I reminded them! - They are not the cheapest - Requested a copy of my file so that I can have this reviewed by another conveyancer. This took them over 6 weeks to provide to me. - Not a stress free process - Raised a complaint which Vincents and on their letter it states I would get a response in 28 days. This sums up the service I have received as I did not get a response for well over 28 days. I had to chase again. - The answer to the complaint was everything was fine which tells me that they are happy to offer a poor service.
