Nick and the team are always an absolute pleasure to deal with . Even when problems arise, they're always quick to find a resolution to make sure the customer is impacted as little as possible. Without question my first port of call whenever I need used lab equipment- long may they continue.

Excellent longstanding company with top reputation for customer service. I would always consider good second hand equipment, as often its fits the ever diminishing science budget and gets the job done. I also think selling instrumentation that's not needed is better than watching it gathering dust and taking up space and resources until one day it becomes obsolete.

Excellent customer service. We purchased an older PE FT-IR for teaching purposes and Nick and his team could not have been more helpful. He delivered the instrument personally and then worked hard to resolve the problem of connecting an old machine to a new printer. I was worried about sourcing spares when, after about 18 months of use, the IR source failed. I needn't - a quick chat with Nick and a replacement was delivered within 3 days, along with a copy of the engineering manual to help resolve any further problems.
