Order both wrong (ordered a burger without sauce and it was dowsed in the stuff) and missing parts of order (missed an entire main meal as well as a side of chips)

The worst food ever. Pizza tasteless and just a slob more dough than toppings. Disgusting

Terrible, dont bother. Waited 1.5hours. When the app said 45mins. Called up to see what was happening and we said if not here it 15 mins like the guy on the phone said that it would be that they should cancel the order as we would order elsewhere. 5 mins later the app said the food was delivered. Still no pizza. 2 hours after ordering it, it arrived. We had ordered from elsewhere at this point. Called back to tell them they were 25mins not 15 as promised. The guy put the phone down. Unprofessional and appalling customer service. Rude and they updated the app the say the food had arrived to cover their delivery failures. Absolute joke.
