Really nice clean shop and friendly staf which are worth 5 stars but pizza was good but not outstanding so just 4 stars as ultimately it's about the scran!

UPDATE: After being promised a callback the next day, we still have not heard anything. Enough said. Ordered 2 large lamb kebabs and chips costing 21 for delivery last Friday. Waited over an hour. The order was wrong and the meat was hard as rock - inedible. I rang up and was offered to get it delivered again. It was nearly 9pm and I said it was too late to wait another hour for food. The girl offered to replace the order the next time I called, saying: "That's what we always do when an order is wrong." Fast forward to today and they wanted to charge me. Not only that, he was claiming that they would possibly honour half the order, and that they have no record of my complaint so he would have to wait until the girl came back into work, to check with her and call us back. Saying that anyone could ring up and ask for free food. Inferring we are scroungers. How dare they, when we should have been refunded in the first place. We have been ordering from here for nearly 10 years and it's the first time we've complained. To be honest the standard and portions of the food has been falling and has now got to its ultimate low. We tried to give them a second chance but never again.
