Soap manage our ppc activity, with a brief to deliver us sales leads for our consumer and retail finance business. The campaigns are performing extremely well and we are very happy with the number of leads they generate. Our account is handled by Ben and Allyn, both of whom are thorough, dedicated and proactive. Communication is excellent from both and they are a pleasure to work with.

Good initial sales process instilled confidence, build out process was alot slower than promised and had to be micro managed by our own team , poor to terrible post sale service, very difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone. Very odd appraoch to customer service and account management.
