BTE you just lost yourself a customer.....rang your parts department...spoke to a chap that takes the word impatient to a whole new level. Poorest of service........never again for me BTE. Update.....09/02/2018. How surprising....how well timed.....no reviews....then two.....and the latest coincidentally comes just after I posted the very first a couple of weeks ago.....and yes thank you to the latest reviewer for providing me with the name of that unhelpful chap within the dealership. Maybe I should have perhaps said I wanted to buy a 20,000 plus excavator.....????

Great costumer service! Dealt with a bloke called Mark, phoned him up for a price on a u27-4 and asked if he could give me a price on a hitachi 3tonner and came out same day. Didnt always ring me all the time yet seemed happy to help. Great dealership.
