My family and I visited here at 6pm on a Friday night. It was very quiet and so service was quick ish The desserts were delicious however very over priced and especially so considering the restaurant doesn't offer table service. We spent 38 on 4 desserts (not including drinks) They seemed very over staffed, the 6 of the staff on duty seemed to be just standing around chatting. They brought the desserts over one by one , with a good 5 minutes between each desert, the kids weren't impressed as the adults got theirs first. We won't be rushing to go back anytime soon

Great food and freshly made, atmosphere ruined by the music and the volume of it!

Food isn't bad. Better when dining in, but last time I went the wheelchair access lift wasn't working. Staff tried to offer to carry my chair down the steep stairs. Should probably be informed that's not risk assessed nor covered by insurance, and it's not permissible to have a wheelchair user in your premises if there aren't provisions in place for emergency evacuation. Nobody seemed to have a clue how to interact with a wheelchair user like a normal person though, so can't say I'm surprised. Bit of a humiliating experience.
