Very friendly staff in an immaculately clean environment. The agent who called me was succinct and professional. The gentleman on reception was very friendly and made me and my friend very welcome. The lady that completed my financial assessment was extremely kind and put me at ease.

This housing association try to come across all for there tenants, but they just don't care about anything.They just make the rules as they go along, l would not recommend anyone to them ,they are my worse nightmare and so is their property l live in k

Rung these thinking they would be able to help me move but they carnt as they only want people to able to bye and get a mortgage too which we can't so rung them bye mistake.

Absolute joke of a Housing Association. Incompetent staff with bad attitudes and rude, this goes for the majority of staff right up to the CEO. They don't follow their own policies and procedures and do not comply with their health and safety responsibilities, reports made over twelve months ago have still not been dealt with. Services paid for are not received. Gateway services are not accessible to all tenants. Their approach to dealing with anti-social behaviour is disgraceful, they protect the perpetrator and not the victim. Their leaflet on anti-social behaviour states that they take anti-social behaviour seriously, they certainly do not. The housing officer for my area is devious, will lie to cover her own back and her attitude is totally disgraceful. She has no understanding of equality and diversity and only supports the tenants that she wants to support. Gateway present themselves as the perfect housing association on their website and in their literature, yet in practice they fail considerably. Had to give them one star as there is no option to give minus stars.
