        My partner and I have contacted numerous amount of times to sort out our windows and doors to be told " yes we will put it on the red notice ". Someone will be in touch, it's got to the point no we've now had to throw clothing, furniture because of mould issues. We have been told by them the windows are out of date and it's beyond a joke. No contact from them always to ve told we are looking into it, we get someone round. Absolute joke.
