I have had enough of this housing repairs team they are disgrace i had soo many appointment been changed waited in all day they don't show up then the cheek to rebook it another day slot without your consent that you will be in. I was messaged saying the appointment that had been changed to another date but a person shows up leave card behind door. I had these problem since they changed repairs team the organisation is ridiculous makes you feel your living with a private landlord. I taken time off work in febraury so I knew the repairs would get done and I would be in and not at work. But surprise they don't show up. Also I am seeing alot of my repairs being changed to a later date, then our repair was down far another date they never call you about this before hand. I had enough soon has we away from this housing the better.

Onward left me and my 5 children without heating and hot water for over a week very racist and ignorant, weather these days drops below 0 yet they dont care no priority to us whatsoever. Shame on them

Never cared about anti social behaviour from other tenants. Rent officer is confusing and rude at the best of times.
