Our company provides reactive and planned maintenance services to various properties which house clients with special needs/learning disabilities throughout Devon on behalf of Empower Housing, and during this time we have Empower to be a very good company to deal with (we have worked with other companies in the same sector in the past who do not seem to care about the clients), a genuinely organised Company who care about the clients, and prompt payers too !.

A neighbouring property the other side of my boundary fence is run by Empower Housing. Extremely invasive ivy planted against my fence in the grounds of the property run by Empower have completely destroyed the side and back wall of my garden shed. Having been given access to the garden by an employee of Empower and despite numerous photographs being sent to them as proof and showing the extensive damage incurred they have chosen to ignore my many requests for them to contribute to the cost of repairing the damage, that, despite them asking for a quotation for righting the damage. The offending root has been chopped off their side but the fence panel clearly shows where the ivy has been pulled off on their side. Despite numerous phone calls with numerous persons at Empower and having done everything asked they have chosen to ignore the issue to hand and despite my paying a professional landscape gardener to reiterate that the offending ivy root is in their grounds. Their " couldn't care less attitude " and dismissive attitude is disgusting. Thank You Mr. Moore for your lack of compassion and action in this matter.
