If i could give 0 I would!! I used this company years ago and I don't know what's happened but it isn't the same service at all! waiting 4 weeks for carpets with no communication from them whatsoever it was me constantly chasing them for updates on my order to be met with snarky comments. I ended up getting fed up and have gone with another company got better carpets, better service, better value and booked in the same week! Also K&J there is surely something dodgy about the fact that once I sign the agreement I can no longer see that agreement?! pretty sure I am meant to have a copy of that. definitely some illegal dealings going on with this company. don't use them!!

Would never use this company scammed a friend of mine took money out account before even completing job and then would not refund, disputing attitude on the phone.

I would not recommend this to anyone, supposed to be somewhere you can get products when you cant afford to pay all at once, said the measurements was 1.5M over so the can charge more and said the email wont send to sign the agreement, then when contacted them for our money back as we didnt want them to complete the job as the price stated was Nearly double what they said and they said they would sign on our behalf as the email wasnt sending (RED FLAG) then to find out that they was charging nearly 550! When the quote was 250 plus 50 fitting! And when rang for 3rd time as we was told to wait for a manger we was verbally abused for not being able to afford all at once DISGUSTING customer service!!! STAY AWAY

This company leaves you sat in all day waiting for them to turn up AND NEVER ARRIVED WITH NO EXPLANATION ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY .I WOULD LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I WAS YOU.
