Arranged appointment with Ivor to go through what cleaning I wanted and to book a cleaner. The first appointment he cancelled 45 mins before saying that he was unable to get fuel which obviously is one of those things which can't be helped, he apologised and said he would message to rearrange which was fine. Hadn't heard anything 11 days later so sent a message to ask if he had been able to rearrange our appointment, received a text back to say he had been busy catching up and we booked another date. The second appointment he hadn't showed up at the time we had arranged so I sent a text to check he was still coming thinking he may just be running late. I received a text back saying he had struggled to get away from the previous call and that he had more time the following day I am a self employed person who works to appointment times and I fully appreciate sometimes we get stuck at calls and we can end up behind but I would always send a quick message to apologise and let them know I am running late and I would definitely always make sure I fulfilled that appointment unless it wasn't then convenient for the client not just say I had more time tomorrow! Very disappointed and its not how I would do business
