Joanne came around to look at the property and assess what needed doing, was polite and considerate the entire time. Scheduling conflicts were super easy to resolve as the communication was easy. The home help (Debs) that attended my appointment was absolutely lovely and did a great job whilst also being super kind and empathetic. The work ethic is absolutely stellar and absolutely squashed any anxiety I had about hiring someone. Super happy with the service and the people that provide it! I work at time for you and have done for 2 years. I love it. It fits perfectly round my children and I can pick which hours I want with no pressure to take any that don't suit. My manager is Joanne and she is really supportive and understanding of family commitments. I would highly recommend working here, especially if you're a parent juggling work and children. The rates are good and competitive

I chose this service after searching up cleaners due needing a temporary cleaner and I cant fault their service and would highly recommend. They went through everything needed during the home visit, and found someone quite quickly! The cleaner was lovely and someone we got on really well with.
