TERRIBLE AND APPALLINGLY BAD. Heres why: I booked 4 nights. When I arrived there were no accessible room available. This hotel has four disabled access rooms with walk-in showers and disabled toilet. However none were available due to construction. I was not told this at booking so was not aware until I arrived. I subsequently slipped in the bathroom, and split my head open and spent 9 hours in A&E. A horrible horrible experience. The staff tried to help but the poor young man on reception said, please can I leave you until the ambulance arrives as Im on my own in the hotel. I never slept in the hotel but left immediately and went to stay with my son. So because Premier Inn knew that half the hotel was closed due to construction: 1. They reduced staff numbers 2. They did not inform customers on their booking website that disabled rooms were not available. 3. Premier Inn gave me a refund for 3 nights but deducted 1 night and 1 breakfast despite the fact I never even slept there nor ate the breakfast because I fell in the bathroom my first night as there was no handle. I then went to A&E and never returned. My son collected my luggage. Horrible people whom have no interest nor gave for Alzheimers suffers. What happened to equality and empathy in accessibility? Appalling service and I will never stay in the hotel again nor any other Premier Inn. Disgusting.
