Was a leak in the flat, which turned to mould. It took over 4 months for tilia homes to sort it out and had me living on the couch for that duration. When they had the work being completed with no where to sleep, they never offered me anything towards accommodation even though I had to move whilst they sort the flat. Stay away from this house builder the customer is the last thing on this company's mind. The builds are way behind schedule and designs are cheap and nasty

If I could leave a - star review I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING HOUSE FROM TILLIA. They will take your money and once the keys are passed over you can simply do one with any help. We have been in argument over 13 months as the house and garden are not to a standard of NHBC and nothing is getting resolved. Tillia staff has admitted to lying to us over last 6 months and are simply not bothered by the level of service they provide once they take your money. The customer service team has changed about 3 times and non of the new staff even bothered to read through past complaints to make themselves familiar with the situations as they dont think is their job to do so. They have went back and forth on their word multiple times and continue to lie to us every time we manage to speak to them. Not to forget that it became my full time job to chase for updates as they have no customer service experience and in their minds its customers jobs to do their jobs for them as they dont know what communicating effectively means. Save yourself a hassle and find a different developer as their management is exactly the same. When we moved in to our house Tillias management had promised us to do our garden for free due to a massive leak in the first floor bathroom on the day we moved in to then came back 6 weeks later and said that their new manager doesnt agree with it and we can do one. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND MENTAL HEALTH STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL LIERS ! Service: Home building

Stay away, Tilla are amazing until the point they have your money. Once the exchange is happened you are on your own, we were promised a move in date in December and the week before we were due to get the keys were were told it would not be earliest March leaving us homeless. When we finally got in their was a major leak from our bath causing damage to the bathroom and kitchen ceiling, we was told that as compensation for everything they would turn our garden for us which was then not done, we was told the management had now changed and that the new manager refused to sign off on it. We turf the garden ourselves at more cost for us then to have drainage issues along with the rest of the street, our garden was then ripped us and told that drainage would be installed. 13 months down the line we received an email - not a call but and email - to tell us they wont be sorting that either as the reports suggests its not bad enough. We had groundsman and an amazing site manager come a number of times telling us its not upto standard and they will submit their findings which Tillia have said they wont take into account. If you like to waste your money enquire about a property but otherwise look elsewhere Services: Home renovations, General repairs & maintenance, Home building
