Keepmoat Homes Farington Mews Development

Its a much awaited review. We moved into our new built home in October last year. We have got only good things to say about them. Audery was the first point of contact for us. She has been very helpful right from the start. We visited show home multiple times to measure things but she always greeted us with smile and not once got angry or annoyed. Even when choosing extras she was very helpful and cooperative. We got the weekly email and telephone updates of built process right after the reservation. Now that keys have been handed over to us, she calls us every fortnight or so asking how we are doing in our new home and do we need any help with anything. This is really amazing customer care! When we were handed over keys, they had an amazing welcome home gift box for us with discount vouchers and various household items. Later on they also sent us a scent gift box and Christmas card. The site manager Gareth is also an amazing guy. We had a misfortune event when our ground floor got flooded due to frost related burst pipe. It does not reflect poor built quality as the water circuit needed to be isolated which we forgot to do. Tell about learning the lesson hard way, right! Gareth was very helpful in this event. He arranged everything for us from vacuuming out water to dehumidifying walls and subfloor. He also replaced the doors that got damaged in water. The whole incident would have been very frustrating, had Gareth not been around to help us. Besides that event he also sent decorator to redecorate the walls and skirting which got dirty after DIY projects. In conclusion, we were very lucky to have Keepmoat homes as developers and finding people like Audery and Gareth. The build quality of house is good. The only negative thing i would say that they have limited number of optional extras, but its not deal breaker as you can always arrange to get it done later on. Service: Home building

Had the misfortune to work on one , how embarrassing they can't even put a stud wall up straight , kitchens are embarrassing don't think the guy has a spirit level , sink fitting finished of with an expanding cavity bolt
