DAM Health (Preston)

The PCR test is not good for travelling to Japan. Not as advertised! I feel robbed.

Took the Kids this morning. The staff were so nice. Asked where we going and took interest in the trip we soon to be going on. Little one aged 18 months was crying but the Staff were so lovely with her. The person doing the test was very gentle and was finished with such ease. Lots of seating area's and the parking is only 3 minutes away. I made a error with the DOB but we all laughed it off and together and changed it. Highly Rated DAM Health Centre. Just an update. I got my RT PCR results back before midnight and it was a 24 hour one I opted for.

Buyers Beware. This is a rip off company when you have to cancel. Airlines are cancelling flights at short notice and DAM Health do not refund ANY costs if cancelled within 24 hrs. My advice is to amend your booking to two days later then cancel to get money back. Other people we travelled with used other companies and everyone but me got ALL their money back. Cost me 100 that DAM Health kept and refuse to refund anything despite not incurring any of the testing charges. When I cancelled the screen says -20 in the refund box. SCAM Health say that this means I don't get any refund. Deliberately misleading!! Will never use this company again for ANYTHING! Should be called SCAM Health. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Very smooth process and friendly staff. Results for antigen received via email within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Bait & switch confusing website. Booked express test online only to find out on arrival from the "computer says no" receptionist after she'd finished scrolling through her Insta feed that this isn't offered at this clinic. Called enquiries number to find out that HQ believes that location should offer an express test. Was granted full refund after discussing difficulties in booking so 1 star otherwise 0 stars.
