Sarahs Slimming World Clayton Green

I've been attending the group now for nearly 4 months and it's really helped with my weight loss. Sarah is great and is always there if you need any motivation or advice. I couldn't have lost the weight I have without her and the group as a whole.

I was skeptical in joining slimmers world however, i am so glad i did. Sarah is a fabulous host, warm friendly, always has a smile on her face and is non judgmental keeping her eye on everyone. Sarah is very knowledgeable and is ready for any questions that people have and is good at keeping you motivated and focused. I have managed to loose a fabulous stone and a half and could not have done this without Sarah and support form the group.

I have been a member of this group for over 2 years and im now a target member. Sarah was great in helping me get to my target weight and was there to guide me every step of the way. I'd highly recommend attending Sarah's group if you want a consultant who is non-judgmental and who genuinely takes interest in your weight loss journey xx

I have been attending this class for over a year and so far I have lost over 8 stone. Sarah is funny, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, a good motivator, thoughtful and extremely supportive. The group as a whole are also very supportive of each other both at meetings and on a special Facebook page. Slimming World is an easy programme to follow and I can highly recommend this group to anyone who wants to lose weight.

Ive tried many different Slimming World classes locally but Sarahs group has made a real difference for me . Friendly , supportive and encouraging ! Monday nights also work for me as it helps me to keep focussed over the weekend. This is the group for me !
