Earful (Ear Wax Removal) - Chorley

Efficient quick process to clear blockage in my ear. Would recommend it if you have similar problems.

First of all, with NO disrespect to the ladies that did my ears. I came on 04/04/2023 for ear wax removal and the lady got rid of quite a lot, BUT, she showed me on a screen that there was still some wax in the lower canal and that I would probably have to come back as there was still wax there. She gave me some olive oil and said to put two drops in each night and check if gone after 14 days. I then asked , what if it as not gone and she replied that I would been to come back BUT then I would have to pay another 30 after I had already paid 50. Now then, to me, if there is a service to clear the ears of wax for 50 then that should be it and if it isnt right the first time then on return the remaining wax should be removed as already been paid for and not to add another 30 for the same job I HAD ALREADY PAID 50 FOR. At this moment, on the 09/04/2023, although I am still putting the drops in, my ears don't seem any different, but maybe i need a hearing aid but they didn't give me a hearing test as advertised, to the ladies that attended to me, please dont feel any disrespect to your good selves as you are the workers there. Finally I do think that the follow up of 30 is just a Money Maker for the main firm, Regards John
