Go here instead of Blossom Beauty Bar. I've never been here but Blossom chopped half my hair off when I requested a 5cm trim. Then proceeded to delete my review of 1 star. She was a trainee and did not inform me prior to cutting my hair. I was under the impression that had she been a trainee she'd be supervised. Once she had cut my hair she asked whether it was "too short" as if she could paste my hair back on. Service: Hairstyling

the most unprofessional hair salon ever. I asked for a balyage lady said she can do it. Ended up bleaching my enter hair and did a full hair colour without my consent and now im having to deal with damaged hair. Im so disgusted at her service I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Tried calling the salon again explaining the issue but the lady was screaming at me over the phone and wasnt listening. I also asked for a ash brown but ended up giving me a light copper brown that faded within first 2 months and looked red. Absolutely shocking service and unhygienic salon. Cant believe how anyone can claim they can do something (a balyage) but sell you something they cant do. Waste of money. If i do not get my refund i am going to be reporting her to trading standards and health and safety as she used bleach on my entire hair and didnt even do a a patch test.
