        Terrible - cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, with no real reason and rude staff with attitudes who hung up the phone. The appointment was booked well in advance for an event which then left us stuck as we are out of area. No apology either! Luckily, a lovely place in Leyland managed to fit us in and they saved the day!! Shocking.
