First time Id been I had mostly virgin hair and asked for a muted blue with a shadow root of my natural colour. I showed them a picture and all 3 stylists said that it should work fine. However, after bleaching my hair and getting it pretty light, they dyed over it with this neon blue colour that was admittedly pretty but very different than what I asked for. I was charged 120 ish and told that it was expensive because of how light they had to bleach it (?) I also got a cut but that was pretty average, nothing special, nothing horrible.
The second time Id been I had the same blue hair except it was very faded, I asked to go as blonde as possible, ideally to a platinum blonde, but they explained that it might not be possible and depends on how my hair would lift. Fair enough, as blonde as we can get it then. I was then told that they might need to apply some pink to cancel out the blue, I said that they could do whatever they felt was necessary to get me to the best result, and as long as I didn't end up with pink hair I would be happy. Well, not only did I end up with a PAINFULLY burnt scalp (pain literally lasted a couple of days for some reason), but I also ended up with this dark grey hair that had so much banding and colours mixed in it that it literally looked like a cheap wig. I informed them of this, and they said the best they could do is go darker with the pink, having no other option I agreed. I was STILL somehow charged 120 ish, even though this visit I had not gotten my hair styled (like I did the first time), and was not satisfied with the colour nor the cut (which was literally a straight line across the back of my hair, no blending what so ever)
A couple of weeks later, I am still left with damaged, dry, grey-violet hair (that still has bands of blue and grey and pink), that I literally cannot style straight because it looks like someone used a ruler to cut it. I really wish my experience could have been different because the girls are really nice and understanding, but I honestly cant justify the cost for the results Ive gotten. Service: Hair coloring
