Tragedy, service unprofessional. I had my hair bleached from dark blonde to light toned down. I was there for 3 and a half hours in total. In an hour and a half I had strands done on half of my head, just separating the strands, unthinkable for me. Before she finished separating and bleaching the last strands, the first ones were bleached for 1.5 hours. I know my hair and I can see that she damaged my hair a lot with long bleaching. For 3.5 hours I was sitting all the time listening to a conversation in a language other than English. Not fun and very uncultured. Haircut, very poor. Mrs Nourish can't cut her hair. She seems to lack skills. At the end I told about what I don't like about my hair and I was completely ignored. I saw that she tried, but she lacked the skills. The pace of work is a tragedy and skills are a tragedy despite the efforts. Services: Bang trim, Blowdry, Hair coloring, Gloss or Glaze

It is so difficult to find a good salon in London, fortunately I found one.. Shazia u r truly a magician. Loved the new haircut
