        Went in to ask for consultation as hair badly damaged by ANOTHER top salon , woman sai.d I needed to let it grow out a bit (it's short short) before she could do anything.......it was damaged it needed treatment and a trim to help recover, obviously not interested as I didn't have long boring hanks of poker straight hair....... I asked further if she could recommend any treatment to help rehydrate? "Not really", came the reply .as far as I'm concerned a useless bunch of con artists!

        Went here once and never went back. I asked if they do mens hair, they do, great sat down said what I want. As shes cutting it she was told her next appointment is here, all of a sudden she rushed like crazy and said shes finished. It was a mess! I shouldnt of paid Im annoyed with myself for that. I went straight to a barber further down and asked him when do you think I last had this cut, looking at the messy sides, I told him nortcotes had just cut it now. He was shocked and called his mates over. If they arent confident doing mens hair instead of ripping me off just say no
