Poor and the staff are completely cabbages

Tried ringing for three hours to keep getting told there is nobody in the office from the automated answering message. Left messages but still got no return call. Diabolical to have no one on the phones then not return their enquiries is the reason I joined another gym for 12 month.

A phenomenal gym located in Preston. Has ample amounts of free onsite parking which is very user convenient. The only negative is its not 24 hour and the relocation is a bit of a downgrade from the old gym in my opinion as the old gym had a lot more space whereas this one seems to be quite crammed in. The staff and personal trainers are all very friendly and welcoming which is a positive. In terms of equipment, the gym is quite upto scratch and repairs/replacements are done pretty quickly. Would definitely be a 5-star rating if the gym was more spaced out and/or had a swimming pool, steam room or jacuzzi!

Bigger and better than the other one. Can get really busy between 5 - 7 PM - it can be quite difficult to get parking during those times, but regardless, it is a nice gym. All the personal trainers and staff are friendly.
