I have been going to Desire for a few years on and off and I have always been made to feel welcome by Tracy and the team. They have built such a supportive and fun environment and have a really great way of teaching and can adapt moves to all levels of skill. Would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of trying out a new skill!

I have been going to desire for nearly 2.5 years every Tuesday I possibly can and its changed my life. All of the instructors are professional and are always on hand if you need help or extra support. It's a comfortable and relaxed environment where you can go to exercise, socialise and achieve. I have made many friends through pole and now have a pole family that encourage me to try harder each week, and laugh harder too! I never leave the studio without a smile on my face and feel elated when I have managed to achieve a challenging move. I look forward to many more years of blood, sweat, tears and hysterical banter! Love to all the desire team for giving my Tuesday's meaning xx

Please note I'm just a normal student that loves this place. Pole fitness is for all ages, body types and ability. This is not a place you feel out of place at. All my photos are really showing you sweat, tears, bad facial expressions, major surgery scars (some photos show my scar of having 2/3 of my liver removed in 2015 and I'm 43 now), which sometimes hinder me but I'm still getting strong and getting the moves. It is not like a fake Instagram or Facebook post with perfect body hair and makeup, it is really people in real life and it take hard work and commitment. It's a space for people to be their strongest and fittest. All the staff will cater for your personal fitness and ability and after every class I feel strong and proude of what I have achieved that night. This is not your normal fittest class or a hour at the gym, it's so much more. If you want to improve your fitness then join

If you're calling it a Beginner's class and scoping in inversions and side climb combinations, with both spinning and static variations - I wouldn't say it's Beginner-friendly. I paid to attend the class too. I said I had very limited pole experience. The instructor coming up to me, abruptly asking if I can do certain moves and seeming almost judgemental that I didn't know what certain moves were called didn't help. I felt like an afterthought.
