Although itcalls itself an Outlet, don't expect it to be cheap because it isn't. There are some discounts but not as cheap as other Outlets. There are plenty of choices, from clothes, shoes and accessories to household wares, and there is a cafe and restaurant as well as Bannys which is just across the carpark. Well worth a visit as often you may pick up things you can't get elsewhere.

Best thing I have ever done for me! A massive boost to my menopausal mental health & well being. Never, at my age did I think I would look forward to getting hot & sweaty in a gym

I was really apprehensive at joining the gymnasium not being very confident but I didn't need to worry. Trainers are all excellent and helpful. I feel confident to work at my own level and don't feel I have to compete with anyone else at a more advanced level.

Absolutely love this place! I started out on the foundation course to get my confidence and drive back for exercise and I'm so glad I did! Im a fully fledged member now and wouldnt go anywhere else. The team here are amazing, they have time for everyone and are so helpful. You can work at your own pace and ability and don't feel the need to compete. The classes are tough but fun (no pain no gain) and are always different so you don't get bored doing the same things week in week out. I'm glad a joined and I'm looking forward to carrying on my fitness journey with some amazing new friends.
