The service that I have received from Chorley Job Center and the team there has been nothing other than outstanding.
I'm self employed and had to resort to Government help since the lockdown was imposed due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak.
It's decades since I have personally entered or dealt with a local Job Center or their services.
I felt obliged to leave a review after my dealings particularly with staff member (Lee).
He's been my advisor since I registered online with Chorley Job Center through the .GOV.UK website.
Lee's professionalism, promptness and understanding has been exemplary.
His attitude and eagerness to inform and direct me in these troubling times has left me with a deep sense of gratitude for the establishment which employs him.
You're credit to the company Lee, keep up the good work, it certainly hasn't gone unnoticed.
