This company is the best company I have ever ordered anything from. I ordered a personalised baby boy on this day print but totally my fault put 2019 instead of 2020 for the date of birth. I emailed the company doubtful in this day and age that they would reprint the correct year and re-send free of charge and to my pleasant surprise katy got back to me within a day and said they would as it was a genuine mistake. Will definitely be using them again.

Absolutely fantastic company - even though order was damaged in transit (not even companys fault) they promptly replied to my problem and not only offered me a refund - but a number of different resolutions to try and make my experience better. I will absolutely be ordering from this company again and would recommend them to anybody - a true pleasure to deal with! Thanks again Katy for everything.
