Receptionist very rude . Its the worst doctor's practice I've ever been to. They've made to many mistakes with appointments and referrals, medication I could go on. I can't even tell you who my doctor is I've seen so many qualified and unqualified doctors students. Your better off going to the A+E . 1 star is to much - 1 more like it.

The worst doctors ever, all they are interested in is saving money. I registered 18 months ago only to be taken off half my tablets that i have had on repeat prescription for years , and told it was to save money, was told to go to chemist and buy from there. Im over 60 and are entitled to free prescriptions so im not happy that i have to go to boots and buy my own that dont work. This is making me very anxious. Im now suffering with my mental health . Saving money making patients suffer is absolutely disgusting. They took my husband off half his heart tablets as he has heart failure , so we had to go to a private heart specialist for advise , he organised an eco cardigram and the results were devastating, his heart had gone back to severe as a result of being taken off the tablets . We were told he wasnt on the right tablets , he emailed our doctors to tell them what medication he should be on. Our doctors declined them , what????? There only GPs not heart specialist , so after along discussion with the pharamist explaining the situation he was given the tablets he needed . The doctors have no time for you , no caring attitude , your given the most 10 mins then rushed out . One receptionist is rude and downright unfriendly . Dont understand why you cant keep your previous doctors as doctors dont call out to your home anymore. My previous doctors were brilliant and i would of travelled an hour to get there . Please dont register with Station or Leyland practice , you will regret it. Im going to change doctors .

This surgery does not deserve the one star. They are appalling. There are two surgeries in one building and they refuse to help each other. Their phone lines are ridiculous and instead of putting you in a cue it just states the line is busy and cuts off. Getting an appointment is near impossible and their own suggestion of ringing up in the morning results in 'we can't give you those appointments they are for emergency'. Then when you finally do get hold of someone, you get different answers from different members of staff and even when they assure you they will ring you back, they never do. If you need blood work there is 8 week wait forcing you to go a hospital drop in centre and the 'standard' messages are always sent in the afternoon close to their closing times that sounds ominous rather than comforting which is surely what is needed from a doctors? Only recently have they told me I cannot have a prescription I have been on for nearly 10 years as they say 'it cannot be used for more than 12 weeks' - then rather than offering a solution or remedy it's like they think that's a legitimate response and resolves the issue.... 'oh don't worry, I didn't need it anyway'.... You couldn't make it up
