A HUGE THANK YOU and it would still be a little... I will never be able to forget... I was between worlds, but I had the chance to be surrounded by angels, the medical team at Fishergate Hill Surgery. They jumped to help unconditionally, with humanity, with empathy and most importantly, with high professionalism in providing an emergency medical act. A huge thank you to the doctor who, despite the controversial symptoms, put the correct diagnosis. One thing I know, that there is no greater honor than helping an unknown, honor attributed only to noble souls... Thank you nobles souls! You deserve 10 stars, not 5, but the aplication...

Really glad to be with this surgery. Everytime I've rang, I've managed to get an appointment and the receptionists have always been lovely and helpful. Took a while to find a Dr I was comfortable with (no fault of any clinician, purely because chronic pain is so hard to diagnose), but Dr Wade is fantastic and a credit to the surgery. The system is never perfect, but FHS do a great job managing their patients in my experience.

It's good to see the surgery is getting back to normal. I dont have any problems whatsoever anymore and I manage to get an appointment when needed. Nurse Wendy is fantastic at her job and the receptionist seem to be more caring and understanding. Looking back I think that the pressure the receptionist must of been under during covid with all the calls and frustrated patients ie me being one of them must of been hard . And I would like to thank them all for there patience. Without you lady's there would be no surgery and I'm sorry if I ever came across rude to anyone. You all truly deserve a pat on your backs
