        My fridge freezer wasn't working so I made an appointment with them. I waited the whole day and nobody turned up. I then rang them and then they said the van broke down so another appointment was made and the same thing happened. So I thought I would leave it. After one day they turned up with no notice and didn't even bother ringing either. He came inside, didn't even look at the fridge or anything he just took some pictures and sent it to someone and said it will cost you 250. Took him less than five minutes and didn't even bother to turn the fridge on or check anything. He then took the 35 from me. Complete rip off. I wouldn't use them again or recommend to anyone.

        Sold me a washer didn't get to use cos the drum was seized which wasn't the washer I paid for when I got it back from repair it still wasn't working n when I rang back wouldn't do a simple thing without the receipt which they took n kept the first time
