        Cut down my all my bushes in November 2020 without authorisation. They had permission I had given to my neighbour (loosely related to the owner of Alben), to remove one of the bushes so a new fence could be installed. Looked outside to see everything had been cut down. Was not helped by the woman who answered the phone when tried to figure what the hell was going on. Told by workmen there had been a misunderstanding and things would be put right after an empty apology. It is now August 2021 Alben have still done nothing.
