        A big thank you to Sarah and her team for making such a difficult time for my family much easier to bear. My mother's funeral was on 21st February 2023, but right from my very first phone call to Sarah, I felt more at ease dealing with all the details of the funeral, as she was very understanding and professional. The service itself went very well with all the extras we had asked for and my mum had the send off that she had requested in her Sun Life pack. I would certainly recommend HJ Whalley to anyone who is looking for a no hassle and respectful funeral service for a loved one.

Sarah went above and beyond to deliver a bespoke funeral service that exceeded our expectations. From the hours that she spent liaising with us on the Order of Service, to her management of the whole day, she was exceptional and made a very unpleasant experience the best that it could have been.
