Now I reflect on the funeral, I think it is the job of the funeral service to make everything run like clock work, and to manage the logistics quietly in the background when the family are dazed and finding it difficult to deal with what is going on. That is exactly what Emma did, with grace and absolute professionalism. What a fantastic job you did Emma, we will never forget the part you played in putting our beautiful husband and father to rest. x

From our initial meeting at her bright, spacious and warm office to the hug at the end of my dads cremation, Emma and her team were totally professional, understanding and calm throughout. One of the key elements of her service is the attention given to every detail when meeting the needs of grieving loved ones.

I recently had the hardest task of making the final arrangements for my amazing sister. We had the pleasure of meeting Emma just under 12 months ago when my family was going through another very sad time having lost our mum, my mum in law. I can not express how much I appreciated Emmas care and attention she paid to all the finer details involved to make sure she provided he very best care for my big sister, nothing was too much trouble. I started by contacting her the evening my sister passed and said Emma please could you take care of my big sister thanks with all my heart for all you did for me and Christine. God bless you Emma. Its hard to put into words how amazing Emma and her team have been. From the very first contact Emma made everything work. Emma was very sensitive to our situation and managed all the preparations so well. There was never anything too much trouble. She guided us, dealt with all arrangements, flowers, order of service, cars and finding an amazing celebrant. Communication throughout was so good. On the day Emma was just there for us. It was perfect. Couldnt recommend her highly enough.

We suffered a family loss this year that seemed impossible to deal with, Emma was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was to much of an ask from her, never in my life have I met a person with so much compassion and empathy - while remaining connected, down to earth and friendly. I never felt like I was dealing with a funeral director I felt like I had known her for years. As much as Id like to say I wish nobody would ever had to go through the pain of losing a loved one, we all have do and I highly recommend Emma. She has stayed in touch even weeks after the passing and Im forever grateful for her services and friendship.
