No words can describe the care Watson B J gave me and my family with the funeral of my grandma Margaret. From the lady in the reception who was very caring and understanding when we came to visit my grandma. To the undertaker who was present on the day of the funeral. The man walked from my dad's house to church in front of the Hurst. We went past my grandma old house on the way to the burial. The undertaker got out, walked past her house then paused for a brief second. They literally sorted everything out for us so that took a lot of stress from us. I will be using again. I just hope I don't have to for a very long time. Thank you again. Lee

I recently arranged a funeral using Watson B J. I honestly can't praise them enough. Due to family commitments, people being away on other dates etc we needed it to be on a date that didn't give us much time to prepare. From the very first call they did everything they could to make that date possible. The staff were polite, friendly, courteous, respectful, honest, super hard working... the list goes on. Having never arranged a funeral before they were receiving hundreds of questions from various people involved in the planning and yet everyone agreed thst they were always ready to assist at the drop of a hat. Everything they said they would do, they did. When they said they would ring, they did exactly as promised, exactly when they said they would. I can't praise them enough. Thanks for making a difficult day much easier.
