        Saturday night curry, homemade with a little help from Karens Spicy Marinade! Ive still only ever made the original, tried and tested favourite chicken, mushroom & spinach. Absolutely delicious as always.

        So happy to have popped in to Spar at Appley Bridge today. Met this lady selling the spicy marinade. The chicken and mushroom curry was absolutely delicious. I bought a pack and made chicken kebabs tonight and the spice mix is absolutely amazing. Lovely depth of flavour, perfect if you're short on time. Absolutely delicious

        Met this lady today and she was so lovely, I purchased some of her marinades after sampling what she was serving at Barton grange, OMG, The peanut butter chicken curry is out of this world, trying the salmon dish she recommended tomorrow. Karen puts her heart and soul into her business and I wish her every success.
