Absolutely great firm to deal with. We have bought from them on several occasions to feed my daughter's weight lifting passion. The service is outstanding, really lovely and knowledgeable staff, and their prices are very competitive, especially given the quality of the equipment. Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough of them, and have no hesitation in recommending.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Richard and Garry! I've just received my vertical knee raise + chin up station for my home gym and I couldn't be happier. The product is of exceptionally high quality - it's incredibly robust and looks very solid. The quality is exactly what you'd find in a proper gym (and for a very good price too)! The service from these guys was well above what I've received from other retailers; these guys seriously know their stuff and are happy to go the extra mile for you. I'd asked Garry to look into the height of the actual pull up/chin-up grips for me since my home gym has a very low ceiling. Garry was more than happy to provide this for me and also offered to take some close-up photos of the product and email them over to me. Not just this, Garry was happy to phone up some of his gym clients to ask their opinions on having the product in a room with low ceilings. Garry was always happy to go the extra mile. The product only took 2 days to arrive from ordering (which in the current COVID climate I thought was very impressive)! If I'm in need of any commercial grade gym gear again, I'll definitely be ordering from these guys again; the pricing, quality and customer service is above the rest!

Really good customer service. I was initially sent an item in the wrong colour. They arranged collection that same day and the correct item arrived the day after. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful.

It took 4 weeks during lockdown, but eventually my weights arrived. The first week it was hard to get hold of FW (of course due to covid) but after a few emails and phone calls between them and FedEx (it seems my order was lost) eventually they re-sent my parcel out and I had no less than 6 shipping updates! So I was very very happy with how they dealt with the situation. They even upgraded my weight plate which is amazing. The Olympic weight disc itself is great quality, and perfect for at home work outs. Very happy!
